The map is divided by sectors, it is completely customizable, so if you want to modify a specific sector, you can do so, since in the main folder, there are all the sub-folders of all sectors .

 Grass is present on the map, to avoid fps problems, you can activate or deactivate it from the gta settings . 

In addition to this, there are 4 maps dedicated to farm zones, as you can see in the video. One is at the amusement park, the other is south of the city at the airport, then one is in Sandy, another in Paleto and then there is the Film Set in the city. The map also includes an MLO which is near the airport to the south.

The farm zone clearly mentioned south of the city is the one that includes the MLO. 

There are some destroyed buildings, including the radio tower at the airport (near the MLO), there is the bridge south of the city, and some pillars of a bridge near where the police station usually is. It is also the human laboratory building that is damaged. A small clarification, all the destroyed bridges or destroyed objects in this map, are complete with collision (obviously destroyed), which is something that is not always found in apocalyptic maps.  

We have maintained a high standard of FPS using the grass. We have given the possibility to choose whether to activate the grass or not, as it can be deactivated via the gta settings directly.

So those who want to enjoy the view and have a good mid-range computer can do so, while those who prefer to keep the graphics low can deactivate the grass without problems!

The folders have been divided into sectors, which in case of any additions or changes, you can go to recover the files you need.
